How do I buy materials on Twenifor? 
You create an account, enter your payment information et click on Buy Now, it's that easy!
Are the materials new or used? 
It depends on the seller's stocks.
How do I ensure the materials are reliable? 
Altough Twenifor doesn't over warranty on products, only construction companies are allowed to sell on the platform. This insure that sellers and their materials are reliable.
Can I negotiate prices? 
No. Some items are sold under auction so this is the best way to get a bargain. You can however contact sellers to ask more specific questions.
How does shipping work? 
When purchasing an item, you have the option to ask for a transportation quote. Twenifor will submit a price within 24 hours. You can accept the price, pay and receive your item.
Is payment secure on Twenifor?
Yes our transactions process is done wih Stripe and is very secure.
